Yoga to me is balance and alignment inside the flow of life. Yoga practice is a symbolism that makes me exist with more harmony into my everyday life. It makes me come closer to my reality.

I was born in Athens in Spring of 1984. My engagement with physical exercise began at an early age with studies on classic and modern dance. In 2007, I passed my exams on ballet at the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. I am a graduate of Patras University, Department of Educational Sciences and Early Childhood Education. I’ve worked for 8 years in public preschools on the island of Chios and at schools in Attica. In 2009, I came in touch with yoga for the first time and experienced its practice. It served as a stable point of reference in an unstable and lonely period of my life.

I’ve completed successfully Yoga Teacher Training 200 hours next to my teacher Christos Charikiopoulos. I’ve followed seminars of Yin Yoga and Acro Yoga by Bety Papadopoulou, Yoga and Handstands by Giorgos Tagkalos, Restorative Yoga by Chrissie Gregory, Sampoorna Yoga with Shri Yogi Hari at Epidaurus και Hatha Flow with Nikita Akilapa in Portuguese. I successfully completed the training course of Aerial Yoga by Τanya Popovich.

My love for dance and body motion has led me to follow related seminars. I’ve completed successfully the seminar of “Classic Dance and Hip Joint” by Alexei Feoktistov, seminars Barre a Terre with Alain Astie as well as Therapeutic Massage Techniques with Oils at the Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Today I am registered at the international organization of Yoga Alliance (USA) as an E-RYT 200 and I teach Hatha yoga, Aerial and Flow Yoga with real love and enthusiasm wishing to offer and share my experience through practice. I continue to be a student at the side of wonderful teachers; I’m getting inspired and I read and deepen my knowledge in the path of Yoga.
