ΣIn Yin Yoga, there is a poetic and at the same time meditative part, another way to feel and listen to the body. It comprises the static part of Yoga that fascinates with how deeply it can work out the human body, freedom and power as a technique, but also with how much it can help the student to touch the deepest parts of the emotional body and soul. Yin Yoga courses are suitable for every person and every age. They are recommended for those that wish to improve their hip and waist flexibility. The slow and quiet nature of this practice is giving us the opportunity to really connect with breath and internal vibrations of body and mind, leaving us a deep relaxing and revitalizing sense. The duration of a Yin Yoga course is an hour and a half, consisting of typical Asanas (body postures) of 50 minutes, breathing or meditating techniques of 15-20 minutes, and relaxation techniques of 10-15 minutes.
